KEYNOTE: How to make your Web site more usable for your customers

Nicole Burton is the Usability Specialist on the USA.gov's Best Practices Team and an expert on user centered design. A leader in helping federal agencies improve their web communications, Ms. Burton will share best practices that will help you analyze and improve your site's effectiveness.

WORKSHOP: How to make your Web site more accessible

George Heake is the Information and Technology Accessibility and Emergency Management Coordinator at Temple University. An expert on developing section 508 compliant Web sites, Mr. Heake presents workshops on making Web sites universally accessible, from images to video to PDFs.
